How to get into position
- The male (giving partner) lies on his back with his legs extended out towards the end of the bed. He can place his hands behind his head or at his sides to have them free to touch his partner when she is on top of him
- The female partner (receiving partner) will then position herself on to of her partner by sitting sideways on him and allowing him to penetrate her. She can extend her hands behind her to support herself while she rides or she can place her hands on her knees while grinding to balance herself
- At this point both partners should be in position
