This is very helpful information, and I like your take on it. One thing though. The term “micropenis” is a medical description without a single specific cause, and they are all under the average size, as you indicate. However, a true micropenis is one that is so much smaller than average [2 inches (7 cm) or less when erect in total length] that these positions would work for producing a child or emotional intimacy, but not for her pleasure. Reasonably reliable information, and none of it right now is totally reliable because of the challenges of getting good data on large populations, is that average is just under 6″, and 85 percent of men measure-in between 5″ and 7″. So, for a guy who’s below average but has at least about 3 1/2 inches to work with, there is hope for mutually satisfying vaginal penetrative intercourse. For a couple in which the man has a true micropenis, fingers, tongue, and toys have to be the main event. Most women are never going to encounter a man with a micropenis, because they make up under one percent of the adult population and tend to have far fewer than the average number of sex partners throughout their lives.

I guess that it´s kind of late as an answer for the original poster; but if anyone else comes across the question on a google search (as I did)… I got some info.
My equipment is far below average (while ull erect 4″ or 10 cm. circunference, and about 3″ or 7,5 cm.long) so I know what we are talking about here.
If you can make this numbers (or be over them, of course)what you need is a 45 or 47 mm. nominal width.
So far these are the options I have found, and they work for me.

This company makes almost any combination of length and width. They got one that is 45 mm. wide and 12 cm. long. As a bloody glove.

They carry a 47 mm. wide condom. Is longer (up to 16 cm.) long so you need to leave quite a lot unrolled on the base. But in my case does not move at all. A bit looser than the theyfit, but snug enough not to move one bit at all while in use.
– I know of the existence of other two 45mm. options, but I have never used them. Ceylor Hotshot, and Kung Tight. Both are said to be up to 19.cm long, so that would add up to the “unrolled portion” problem.
