Having sex three to four times a week can help a person lose up to 3 pounds in a year, keep the heart healthy and keep stress levels down. It is obvious that sex should be incorporated in a healthy lifestyle, however, I wouldn't suggest ditching the gym membership for strict sexercise.

I didn’t say that it would…it adds to our overall health but shouldn’t replace regular exercise
