Sex Fact of the Day: Sex Burns Calories

Exercise is necessary to keep the body looking great and to maintain internal health, but did you know that sex has calorie burning benefits?

During 30 minutes of rigorous sex, up to 200 calories are burned. That activity is enough to burn off the calories from eating a smoked trout salad.

Having sex three to four times a week can help a person lose up to 3 pounds in a year, keep the heart healthy and keep stress levels down.  It is obvious that sex should be incorporated in a healthy lifestyle, however, I wouldn't suggest ditching the gym membership for strict sexercise.

      I didn’t say that it would…it adds to our overall health but shouldn’t replace regular exercise
