How to get into position

The female partner should lay on her back with her legs lifted straight into the air towards the ceiling
The male partner will then position himself on his knees and place himself in front of his partner with her legs positioned on his shoulders. He then should lean forward on his hands with each one positioned on each side of his partner to create deeper penetration and the "folding" action described in the title of this position.
