Sex Position of the Week: Mastery

Here we are back at it again! My partner @illinois_jones and myself are here to show you another great sex position to spice up your sex life for the week! This week's sex position is one that generates intimacy through eye contact and the ability to kiss while in the slow grind. This week's position is called "Mastery" and it is simple to perform. The key to getting into a good motion is making sure the partner on top has a good footing to grind.

How to get into position

1. The male partner should sit on the edge of the bed or couch with his feet flat on the floor to support the weight of his partner when she sits on top of him. If a chair is the furniture of choice, make sure the chair has sturdy legs to support the weight of both partners and rigorous movement
2. The female partner will then straddle her partner and sit on top of him while facing him and place her feet flat on the bed (or couch, or flat on the floor if in a chair. If the chair has a place where the feet can rest, then the she can use that as an area to sturdy herself). She should wrap her hands around the neck of her partner (as pictured above) if this position is performed on the edge of the bed, or she can grab the back of the couch or the back of the chair if either one of these pieces of furniture are used.
